    100 Series HVAC Controller - NAV DELETE - (OEM+)

It would be worth making the temperature display selectable between Fahrenheit and Celsius to cover global markets, maybe through a key press combination. Edit to add - now seen a few other have commented this!

    LC100/LX470 fenders/fog light/running board

Pretty sure the LX has the same lower cladding as the JDM LC - in which case there will be additional holes in the fenders for clipping points. I made it work the other way round by adding holes, but much harder to fill them in than cut them out.

    Rebuilding rear axels Bearings etc

Best option to have, but it's definitely harder to set up with shims rather than the adjusters of the open/LSD variant.

What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

Yesterday evening I converted the indicator/wiper switch assembly from JDM spec to RoW spec. Moving the indicator stalk from the RHS to the LHS of the wheel. It's not biggie living with the indicators on the right full time, but we switch between cars on a daily basis and the switch between...

    Rebuilding rear axels Bearings etc

I'm in the Midlands - Warwick. What sort of diff do you have? Open, elocker or LSD?

What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

I put loops on the rear sides and side front of mine and used ratchet straps to tie it down to the load loops already installed on the floor. It may not move in regular use, but I'd rather have it secured if we ever have a crash.

    Rebuilding rear axels Bearings etc

I took this photo when I rebuilt my rear axle with an e-locker last year as I replaced all of the wheel bearings at the same time. You'd have been welcome to borrow the tooling I made up to press bearings off as I'm in the UK. I assume you've ordered the long tube for pressing the hubs off...

    100 Series HVAC Controller - NAV DELETE - (OEM+)

I've got an early non-nav TLC, so no skin in this game, but I've got to applaud the work you're doing. Being on the official side of the fence for work I know how hard it can be reverse engineering network traffic.

Need help - cap in rear diff

I blew a length of clear pipe into my freshly rebuilt and reinstalled diff when refiling it with a syringe. I managed to extract it with a borescope thought he fill port and various picks/bent bits of wire to get it to the drain then forceps to grab it and pull it out. Would have been...

Fixed my Rear View Camera ( original camera )

They're reflectors as built in all of the markets I've seen. I also have the lamp conversion though to provide rear foglights on a JDM vehicle (legal requirement here)

What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

Yep, it's a JDM import in the UK. The cloth's great in hot and cold weather. Being JDM it also has AHC and tailgate mounted tyre which work great for our use case.

What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

Your drawer system looks really similar to the ones I built for mine a few years ago! Looks like a painted gravitex/raptor finish?

Are the front fenders the same on all 100-series?

My 2001 JDM TLC came with lower cladding similar to the LX. I bought the car as a crashed vehicle and needed to replace the front LH fender. UK TLCs don't have the full cladding and the LX wasn't sold here, so I took a punt on a ~2002 TLC fender. The only difference was a couple of holes for...

    Bench testing globes?

Good info, I hadn't spotted that. It's probably worth adding that my experience is with floating piston accumulators which will have a sharper transition with some breakaway hysteresis. The diaphragm style probably has less hysteresis but smoother transitions which may make inferring the knee...

    Bench testing globes?

As everyone above has said the accumulators have no affect on the system pressures of a static vehicle. Either the springs are soft/out of adjustment, there's additional weight in the vehicle that needs to be compensated for, it's had a sensor lift in the past or something is physically...
