Retro fitting VDJ76 fuel tank on HZJ75

It was from a ford. I just measured and took a used one. I didn't want to spend around 2000$ which, if I remember right, was the price for an after market company that makes tanks to fit. I kept the skid plate/metal under case it came with and bought a diesel filler neck used some pipe from the...

Retro fitting VDJ76 fuel tank on HZJ75

I cut the spare hanger and jammed a 32 gal tank in it. I also put the old 13 or so gal tank under where the PTO pump used to sit. Rigged a fuel switch to toggle between tanks. The sending unit from that 32gal tank worked cause it was 12v but I had to bend the steel float arm around for fitment...

HZJ75 Pump Truck Take Down-Utility/4x4 Build

Yea I'll probably get a new rad someday. I saved the heat exchanger incase I ever wanna use WVO. It can be used to heat the veggie oil. I used to do that with another rig, but I don't have the hook up on oil anymore and got rid of the equipment.

HZJ75 Pump Truck Take Down-Utility/4x4 Build

I didn't even plug mine with anything. Cause it was just water from the PTO pump that ran through it to cool it. cooling when the trucks engine is working hard while not moving. But I ran a small water line in the from that small port on the top of the radiator to the small port on the bottem...

Oil splash guard and axle guide

Well I put them in that oriantation and it's the correct way. I was doing my cut and turn and decided to just pull them completely out to place these back in. Decided to weld them so I they dont pop off again. Maybe some day this will help some one else. Btw here is no other way to re-install...

Oil splash guard and axle guide

Does any one know the orientation of this part? Both mine were floating in my housing. It sits right behind the oil seal in the end of the axle housing you can see it if you look into the axle when doing kingpin bearings and such. I found some pics online that make me believe the wide end of the...

Front Axle Housing ... Part name behind Inner Axle Seal?

Does any one know the orientation of this part? Both mine were floating in my housing. I found some pics online that make me believe the wide end of the oval is oriented downward? Maybe this is the "guide" part of the piece. I have both knuckle balls off of the axle housing so instalation will...
