I did 3" icon progressive springs that were used, and lower than 3", a set of bilstein 5100's, dobinsons sway bar drop kit, eimkeith panhard correction bar, slee brake lines and a set of 285/75-16 Falken RT's on stock wheels. I'm very happy. It rides perfectly and wheels even better.

Yes. They were already most of the way loose. I jacked it up to avoid preloading against the weight of that corner, backed them out, tapped the cap back in and torqued them up.

We had a hiccup that distracted me at the final hour of a knuckle rebuild and I didn’t check Torrain before I drove it. Tool 1500 miles and 4 days of wheeling to come apart on the way back from moab. Completely my fault. All torqued to spec now. I noticed it when my steering wheel straightened...

Check your nuts. Lesson learned. Fixed it on the side of the road, bought a new electric grease gun and got back on the road in Gunnison. I smelled it before I noticed the pound of grease that came out. Cleaned up nicely for a road side repair and I torqued the 17’s down.

Since I've added an OEM radiator from Murray Aftermarket, my AC woes have disappeared. The truck wasn't overheating on the coolant circuit, but it was running hot enough to reject the heat from the condenser.
