810 mile round trip today. Got the icon springs. Ac was ice cold and it got 16mpg on two fill ups with a 75mph mostly cruise control time.

I expect it all to get worse but I’m ready for that.

Can’t add a video but I installed this Davies Craig #044 fan controller and spal pusher fan. Amazing. about 7amps running and I can set the controller where I want for idle temps on the condenser.

Doing some fine tuning tomorrow.

Should greatly improve ac temps at idle.

Work got in the way of play, so here I am draining fluid in between reports.

bought a set of oem 80 wheels that were powder coated from a friend. Came with 35” MT that are coming off for a 33” Falken RT.

Amazing how these fit and the 1FZ didn’t complain at all.

Icon springs, Bilstein 5100’s, and dobinsons spray bar drop hardware. Also did Slee extended lines.

This rides extremely nice. Tomorrow I’ll throw on the 33” Falkens and get these old Ironman MT 35’s off.

When you decide to do suspension bushings let me know, I can loan you a set of presses.
Once I get these wobbly mud terrains off and my rear panhard bracket welded in I can gauge what is actually worn out.

Likely all of it.

I can tell you what's worn out, all of it since it's 30 year old rubber. Having access to a shop with a lift and a few good wrenchers you could do this in a day or two. Probably knock it out in a day.

I try to do a system at a time. Gets expensive but I never have issues.

Amazingly the brake hoses weren’t compete junk.

New tires going on tomorrow. Going from a 315/75r16 to a 285/75. 35 to a 33.

They look shockingly similar in size. I want the truck to drop a little bit.

Also, all four corners are diff heights. Need to swap springs side to side and level it.

Most of my lean was uneven tire wear. I’ll let it slide for now. Junk mud terrains are off.

285/75-16 on stock wheels. 3” lift but it wlll go down with weight added and settling.

Very happy. E rated tires at 36 psi. I could see myself getting shorter springs in variable rate by dobinsons later but it’s perfect for now.

Sometimes it’s the simple things. This shop vac carpet extractor was the best detailing purchase yet.

Feels pretty good to be 3 weeks in; mostly done with the truck and almost ready for sas 10.

Eimkeith correction brackets for the rear, swapped springs around to make the truck even and added 10mm coil spacers to the rear in order to have some unloaded lift.

Drives great now.
