I'm running a RedArc BCDC 25A DC/DC charger for my X2 27F AGM 2nd battery for 4 years with no issues with the alternator. Wiring from the charger to battery is 8 guage.

Here is what mine ended up with the same lift setup and SPCs. I talked with Slee and they recommend 3-4 deg caster when lifted.

Yep. Just a few mm gap that was corrected when tightening everything back down.

I installed the Ironman brackets. Didn't run into any issues. Here is a picture with them installed if that helps at all.

Don't have that Land Cruiser anymore. From what I remember the wires coming off the Lensun panel have MC4 connectors. The BatteryMinder didn't have connectors. Just screw downs for bare wire.

I mounted my Switch Pro to the firewall. Prewired all the connections with metri-packs. Did a write up on my build thread. Used a @BenCC 3D mount in the overhead for switches.

+1 on ATLR and Japanese Auto in Wheatridge. Used both and been happy with the results.
