So my unfinished ones arrived. I am good with black and the texture is good, so do I need to put something on these as a UV blocker? Maybe a clear coat of some sort, or do you recommend some black epoxy paint (since it seems to stick to most things) to protect it from indirect UV rays? Otherwise...

Been very distracted by other vehicle work but prepped my fenders for paint, cleaned up sun visors, prepped...fixed and painted dash metel, and derusted-reshamed headlight brackets and got them painted up. Just procrastinating on doing the necessary wiring work...

I think you would have a good business if you could reproduce quality bed side parts, especially the bed skirts that rust so much. I am getting close to the point where i will be working on my bed and trying to reproduce a least a couple places. If i get a 3d scanner.... i'll make some scans...

Well after much measuring and searching, I finally got some joints that fit. Ended up finding someone to order by size and brand. Even then I needed to cleanup the inner yoke faces with a file to get the snap rings in correctly. Been sick so wanted to focus on things I could so without too much...
