This chassis rusts quickly. Fluid film or the host of other products is needed. Just to save yourself when taking stuff off.

It is a lot whatever it is. I can get 30 min with it on acc and the battery is a harder start. Leaving it for a week at the airport gets me to 12.2v

For the terminals, spray liberally with to flush out the grit Hosa D5S-6 CAIG DeoxIT 5% Spray Contact Cleaner, 5 oz. and if they can be opened then coat them very lightly with NO-OX-ID A-Special- Electrical Contact Grease- Keeps Metals Free of Rust and Corrosion- Part# 10203

On my old model the 9s just did not work that well. The light pattern was weak and the light output not as good as the lows. I went with HID Morimoto 50w and it is amazing and way too bright. I get dazzle from stop signs a mile away. Definitely get the 30w.

Any recommendations on the bushings? Mine are ripped. I used some generic poly sways in the back.

That's right. You never want metal on metal. The Perry makes a much smoother transition, but you still want the bottom out protection on both sides or it will load the arm and twist it.
