Hello everyone, I am wondering if anyone has experience with the 2019 LX Mark Levinson sound system. My Left Passenger door speakers have starting making a scratching sound not only when the system is on but occasionally when it is off and I am going around a curve. It makes me wonder if a loose connection or bad solder point may be the issue. When powered on, some sound comes through them but it is mostly just electronic scratching. I doubt I will try to fix this myself so if anyone has had the issue and gotten it serviced did you use the dealer or find an independent shop? Thanks!!
