I’m getting code PO340 pointing to camshaft sensor circuit 1. Tested Distributor housing as explained by FSM, resistance measured from #4 to 2,3 is 250, position 2,3 are reading 450. I’m thinking I’m not testing it correctly. Can someone explain how it’s to be tested. see attached FSM.

was doing some research on your “P” always being illuminated. It said if they stay illuminated to remove and install rotating 180 degrees. Maybe that’s the trick ?
