Rear lower control arm upgrades - good or bad idea?

I followed the same steps for sleeved RLCAs on the 100-series forum where the instructions were to cut in half, then wield the 6 holes on each half with pools (12 total per RCLA) and then a complete bead across the top. We were too eager to get it done quickly on completing the bead and not...

Rear lower control arm upgrades - good or bad idea?

Will be on the list of things to watch. This is definitely out of my normal comfort zone of things I've done before, but half of the fun of learning is making mistakes.

Rear lower control arm upgrades - good or bad idea?

Yes, there was a little bit of heat damage. Should have slowed down and let them cool, but we were being impatient. We'll see how long those bushings hold up.

Rear lower control arm upgrades - good or bad idea?

These are the only pics I have of my upgrade. Buddy owns a body shop so he has all the tools/welding skills. Modified the RLCAs one weekend, then painted over the week, then installed the following weekend. I bent my passenger side RLCA: Measured the OD of the RCLAs: Ordered new OEM RCLAs...

    How-To: TechStream In 5 Minutes

The Windows XP VM should have had the USB drivers pre-installed. If Windows XP device manager is showing the USB device as unknown, it needs the drivers to be installed. It's not important in host system (Windows 10) has the USB device drivers installed. Only the VM needs to connect to the USB...

    How-To: TechStream In 5 Minutes

Have you tried? https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/1003665 I've seen this issue before with mouse driver conflicts inside WindowsXP. Another option might be to try to use a USB mouse and use Fusion to pass-through the device directly to Windows XP to see if you can get it to work.

New battery... won’t start. key reset? engine immobilization?

I am in the same mindset as @linuxgod here. I wonder if your key is failing? Do you have a second key and see if the immobilizer system will recognize the second key? Also, maybe if the neutral safety switch is failing, will it start in Neutral? OR Also, when you try to start do you know if...

New battery... won’t start. key reset? engine immobilization?

My understanding is that 24 vs. 24F means that the F is reverse polarity and the positive terminal should be on the left. The specs for this battery read...
