    I’ve heard that some oil remains as well so you’ll need less than you expect. @flintknapper showed some proficiency in 100 series A/C systems, maybe he’ll chime in. I know you’re tooled up for this job. Maybe ask Robbie if you don’t find your answer.

    I find that subtle vibrations resonate throughout the entire chassis- mostly from transfer case to rear driveline. It’s why the engineers installed the frame weight to help mitigate that effect. If you have access to one - install it and see what if any improvement you get. Worn control arm...

    3M panel bonding adhesive - comes in a 2 part dispenser mixed together in the application tube- works great.
