I know you have probably already checked this, but I've had wheel weights hitting brake caliper once and most recently hitting the spring holding the pads in! Had to get them rebalanced with weights on the edge.

Was there wire splicer things from the trailer wiring? Mine had them, I hate those things. Stab connectors

I'm sure captains chairs has been done, maybe @TRAIL TAILOR has done them? Sounds like the headrest thing is not your main reason, but all 62 seat backs have headrest and will swap directly into your 60, just an FYI. Other consideration might be cruiser lean. I'd determined what way...

Yes I think so....or at least it sits further in the pulley on the crank and alternator.....maybe same pulley size but the ps pump is not as deep? Hard to say, but mines been great since the upgrade.

No listing says sold. Surprised mud does not delete these.....it's over 3 years old.

@CruiserTrash I can post the belt and pulley I'm running when I get home......it did come with the kit from Valley Hybrids.
