I hesitate to call anything a ‘10’, but this is pretty darn close. There is one tiny pit on the driver’s side of the T, about a 1/4 from the edge. And if you hold it to the light just right, you can see a few light scuff marks along the upper side of the passenger wing.
Easily distinguished from a reproduction, the backside is hollow, unlike the solid brass works of art that LCJ was making for a while.
