Lookin' good!

No vibes.
Ill get better pics when it stopps raining.
I still need to get front sway bar drop brackets. (no front sway bar for now).

I do have man a fre's 1" spacers in front. They need to settle still. (about .25" high"

I didn't do the rear sway bar drop per the folks at MAF advice...i need to hit an incline and see if i rub sometime. I haven't had any issues that i am aware of yet and i have wheeled this rig pretty hard the last 2K or so. My MAF front spacers still haven't seated yet and i am glad. You will love the ride!

Dont know of other OME springs, but the J's have been great, especially after worn out stock springs. I have a slight stinkbug, even after 1" spacer up front, but I like that, as I use my truck for hauling and loading food (catering). The added weight levels out the truck and the stinkbug prevents sagging. Plates are a must with this lift...

Cheers,

Joel

Looks nice!!! :) You gonna beat me on the trail:doh:

Ok, my first impression of the ride quality was tainted.

My first ride in it with the new lift I had a Calstyl2 / Atticus esk passenger riding with me. screwed up the evaluation. That first ride was pretty nice and smooth, now, with just me, it is rough. Very rough. And tall. I may actually put the running boards back on now.

ALso, both my front spacers are not seated all the way up (From Man-A-Fre) on the cone. In fact the drivers side spacer has another issue. my spring has jumped the seat and is sitting on the ledge of the urethane. (see pic). i need to drop that side and re seat it manually I think. I don't want it to be damaged by waiting too long.

Drive shaft angle is not bad with Slee plates.

Good news is no vibes. what is the stock height of the Lexus? 26.5" from center to fender? I didn't take before measurements.... thanks guys.

.

Dude- my front spacer looks IDENTICAL! I thought i screwed up on the install, but seeing yours i am not so sure now...could be a design issue, or we just didn't quite hold our mouths right when we put these on, who knows? I am not gonna mess with mine, hopefully it will seat on its own but i don't think it will cause any undue wear plus it eliminates the stinkbug i would otherwise be looking at :D

Brett, I had the same issue with the MAF spacers when I installed new front springs...

I ended up taking the spring out, jamming the spacer's lip into the spring (so it seated properly), and putting the whole thing back in as one unit.

No problems now. :hillbilly:

I hate to tell you this, but you have 6.5" of lift up front with those spacers unseated like that. Remove them, and lubricate the cone with grease and they should seat. You prolly don't have enough caster until those spacers are seated. I barely have enough with Slee's 4" springs, 30mm spacers, and plates.

You may also eventually have driveline issues with that amount of lift. I had none until grrr noises started at highway speeds letting off and applying light throttle. Then the noises came down into lower mph until I had to get DC shafts and other corrections. Not saying you will have to, but anything over 3-3.5" is no-man's land. You may want to pull those spacers and run just the J's. Not wanting to be a party-pooper, jsut be prepared financially to do more if those things come up.

6.5"?? No way, the front end would be way high up...

My lift settled a bit, it seems, because your lift makes the 315's look like bike tires. It definitely will come down when you add weight... Looks good, BTW...
