TT Tuned shocks or upgrade to OME Heavies (1 Viewer)

I have a 2010 TT FJ that I am considering upgrading to OME Heavy kit.

I have aftermarket bumpers, front and back, a roof top tent that will be on frequently, and probably a winch in my near future.

I know the bilstiens are very good shocks but I'm not sure they will work well with this set up. Is there anyone willing to lend some advice or suggest an alternative?

PS. Yes, Icon is wicked but also vastly more costly

Sounds like a good candidate for some OME 886/896 springs with matching shocks. I was very pleased with my OME stuff, still running them in the rear...

I have the TRD package on my 2wd FJC with the 265/75/16 E rated BFG AT/KO's and the Bilstien shocks. I think my shocks are more the higher speed off road/on road shocks then the TT bilsteins that you guys are talkin about. Anyone know if these shocks are different on our FJC's and if so how?

PS- I went with the OME on my FZJ80 and loved them.

I have OME heavies in all fours on my FJC. I love them especially when towing.

I overland or truck camp as I call it I have the OME 887/895 expedition weight and tip the scales at almost 5400 lbs and have Bilstien 5100 . I am very happy with both he springs and shock combo
