Just came across this... Amazing scenery... Looks like you had a great adventure... Any mechanical trouble aside from the rising temp on the BJ?
+++++++++++++++++ well we did 13000+ feet on certain tops :) the only problem was that it was going smooth lolzz and winch was amazing ... bj60 proved tht simple the better .. no heating nothing except breaking few spring leaf but it was replaced after reaching small towns good thing about Pakistan northern areas are that they are full of old model Toyota lc spare supplies :)

Nagar (Urdu:نگر) is a town near to the Gilgit Valley in the Gilgit–Baltistan region of northern Pakistan. The town is located inHunza–Nagar District and was the capital of the former State of Nagar. The town is located at 35°24'0N 73°48'0E with an altitude of 2688 metres (8822 feet).[1]

Today, the famous Karakoram Highway crosses Nagar, connecting Pakistan to China via the Khunjerab Pass. The road follows the Hunza river for some distance through Nagar and into the Hunza region.

Toyota all over the world :p .......its northern area of Pakistan towards afghan border recently cleared by Pakistan army from miscreants ..locals are back with their toyota's ..and this is how they work ;)

just came back from my another summer trip from the northern areas of my country Pakistan , the place is Deosai one of the world highest and world largest planes its about 3000sq km , spend 3 days in planes camped their with club did a small event probably first ever event in our country at such altitude ,13000ft a small race was organised and was conducted ..... pics are breathtaking :)
