stock axle ratios on FJ60 and 62 series?

    FJ60: 3.73
    FJ62: 4.10

    Yep, like Ben said. 62 front axles are gusseted more for extra strenght, also the pinion is tipped up a little more...

    The FJ62 Front brakes also have a cooling vent added that the FJ40 and Fj60 didn't have. Probably allow more dirt and mud in there as well!

    I'm contemplating a wagon project and weighing the plusses and minus' of the 60's and 62's The running gear I'm planning is a GM V8 with an automatic so I'm leaning towards a 62. I like the fact that they already have 4.10's too. :beer:
