So after managing to get all the parts I'm finally in the process if installing my OE subtank. In looking at the breather connection from the main tank to the hardline, there is very little room to get in there, and the hose piece is so short I can barely fit in my tee fittings. When done I'm not 100% sure I could even wedge it in there. In the interest of simplification and making my life easier, is there any reason why I could not tee this into the main tank breather hose that goes between the dual filler and the soon to be cut hardline? More flexibility to move things around, and I can customize where I cut the hardline. Only problem I see is that once it is installed the brass fittings would be directly above the frame rail, and of course the fuel being pumper would have a longer path to go.
