I bought my HZJ79 from Toyota 12 years ago with a price tag of US35k.

Still a lot less than a 2000 UZJ went for in the US. Just curious-are your vehicles required to have airbags?

I noticed your 79 came without the fancy mirror.

Probably an accessory, it doesnt look factory to me otherwise the dealer stocks cars with them.

They sold for over 50K USD. Airbags are not compulsory in the US either, but they are required on new cars sold here. I would guess they are not required on new cars sold in your area.

Hello Guys,

I decided to pickup a LC70 pickup rather than the 3 door SWB.



I get it by Thursday, I cant register my car until I pay my speeding ticket.

It's similar to the above sans LED on the bumper.

That's a fantastic truck....Do you mind telling from where did you buy those LEDs on the step bumper? Is it Genuine Toyota or after market? Pls. let me know where to buy? love those!!!!

Thats not my car with the LED's, it was just a sample pic to show what my car would look like. I am not sure if its oem toyota but they do sell it locally at the dealership here.

Day 3:

Dreams are turning into reality. I am realizing my 4 year old dream of building a bad ass 4x4 truck and the LandCruiser is in for a extreme makeover.

Currently the ARB Bumper is installed, Integrated fog lights and IPF Offroad Waterproof lights.

I think it's making a commercial truck into a bad ass looking truck, I am really astonished by the impact it has done to the overall look.







Next up are BFG AllTerrain's, Snorkel & Train Horn
