I noticed that I no longer hear a single beep when locking the doors with the key and the flashers don't flash at all.

Unlock still makes two beeps and flashes the hazards two times.

All doors do lock and unlock properly.

The only oddity I find is the Passenger Front Door actuator makes an audible second engagement (a double-thump) but doesn't sound much different from normal or the other actuators.

I disconnected the battery for a minute and reconnected with no change.

Have you seen or fixed this issue?
What was it?

The first video is outside pressing unlock and then lock from the master key.
The second video is inside pressing unlock and then lock.

I think there is a techstream option that you can turn the beep on/off. I know on my Lexus LS430, even the volume of the beep can be changed with Techstream, because i turned it to the quietest setting.

agree that is likely, it just seems odd that this has recently changed on its own.

The two beeps to unlock are still there as well as two visual flashes from the hazzards.

Can anyone confirm if it is an all on or all off setting OR if lock and unlock have separate beep settings?

To restate, the flashers don't flash during lock but do during unlock.

It would be one thing to turn off the beep, but keep the visual flasher.
