Leather replacement and Door lock actuator Parts (1 Viewer)

Good day everyone.
I own 2000 Lx 470 which I have had for over 15 years. Nice SUV.
Now, the front seat leather has started to crack and has shrunken. Just the bottom part of it. The upper part supporting the back is still good.
Replacement Leather Can you suggest a few good places (online preferably) to find the replacement leather? I found this on eBay which I am not sure is a good choice

Also, I am looking for a door actuator motor for three doors. Door locks have been bad for years now.

However, I am unclear which motor to purchase. In the pictures there are at least two types and the one I found on eBay (if this is the right one), like this one here:

I am wondering if I need the long piece with threads. This appears to be missing from the ones you suggested
