Color codes 637 vs 653 (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I would like to see the difference (If there is any) between the colors 637 and 653 side by side on a picture if possible. Both are supposed to be Olive green but if their code numbers are different they should look different.

Your best bet is a paint store

I had the same issue. I saw a few threads that showed various shades of olive green. I know what I wanted it to look like, so I did what ShawnFJ40 suggested. We went through a bunch of old books and found the color. I had the paint shop mix up a small amount and we test sprayed it. I can search my records and get you what I used. Dupont Chromabase paint. It was expensive! Make sure you mention to the painter that the color will really vary in shade if it isn't put down thick enough. I had a couple of parts that needed respraying for lack of coverage in hard to reach areas.
