I think when I priced them locally they were something crazy like $140. I thought that auction was only for one......... Can't beat the price with free shipping. They may be a little wide but will work on a FJ25 rim which................oh hell, I can't remember how wide it is................but its really skinny. :)

Bridgestone U-Traction 7.50X16 OEM take offs from brand new HZJ79 pickups. These are bias ply and are heavy duty. They are not real aggressive and are fairly quiet on the highway.

They have less than 5 km's on the tires. Basically brand new.

Proffitt's Cruisers has a number of these tires mounted on 79 series split rims. We will sell the rims and tires separately or as a combo.

$75 each for the tires
$75 each for the rims

$125 for the combo

See them here:

Radial is the way to go!!

I have been going back and forth with Dobster over the past year concerning those Dunlop RK3 700x15 still being produced in Malaysia. The plan was to import a bunch for us purists, and this has proved too difficult, as apparently they are very hard to export, as they would not be street legal in North America, or almost anywhere else for that matter.

If anyone has any ideas, or suggestions, please let us know.

Seems this thread turned to 15" tires................which is OK since that's what I'll be putting on Krusty. Basically it has to be a 700 or 750-15 since I can't have a tire section much over 8".................
So I put this together to see them all side by side. Anyone know of any other real world available tires?

The Y720 look really cool, and I think you can still get them from a VW off road shop in CA (they seem to use them a lot as front tires on VW off road bugs)..., but I will be going with the Y742S for my project.
