I have, as you can see, some of the funkiest seat covers ever devised for an FJ40. I was going to replace the seats completely with a set of 2007 Subaru WRX seats, but I've never got around to it and while I hate these covers, the seats are comfortable enough and I like the OEM look, again, minus these covers. The part you sit on is either tan hornback or antique leather, and the rears and sides are a baby-diarrhea pleather. I also have a set of jump seats covered in baby-diarrhea pleather.

Does anybody have any experience dyeing leather or pleather, OR love these seat covers so much you send me nice black ones as a trade?

I am a little leary to try dyeing these because I've never done so....

I didn't but whatever is under these is ripped. I can feel a separation in the fabric beneath
