Just saw this on the Aqualu site, I'm sure it's pricey , you could do the same with the Aqualu 40 tub.

boy you would have to be careful with the tongue weight, that is a lot hanging off the back

Those tubs are sweet. I think they are close to 1/4" in thickness. Some one do it!

looks like it'd be a nice starting point for a trailer build.

I'm about to start a basic aluminum FJ45 long box style, but it is shortened to rear of spring hangers. Going to get it to the frame welders next week, then try and figure out what to do after that. The issue is aqualu is a pretty expensive way to start. Nice and light though, I can pick up the entire trailer box by myself.

You can look under the thread FJ43 tub. I am working on a prototype now in Colombia. Using an FJ43 tub which has the advantage of being 5 feet long. Should be interesting. Plan to paint with PPG code to Toyota paint code.

FJ43 tub is steel. Total weight of trailer estimated under 900 pounds. hmm. I wonder I guess I just have them do the gas tank fill area flush. That aqualu one looks pretty sharp.
