Nut stripping? Stud stripping?
That’s pretty much it I think. I would pull them off and inspect the threads carefully while you can, if they get too damaged it might be difficult to remove them.

I’ll double check them with one of those thread pitch tools tomorrow. Or maybe the mating surface of the wheel hole is out of round or not same size anymore?
 
They have splines below the head. Maybe those are stripped.
 
In my experience, it's very often the lugs that are stripped. You *could* clean them out with a tap but for something like that I'd play it safe and replace them, OEM lugs are cheap.

When it comes to a critical safety component (and there are precious few on the 70's!) I tend to stick to OEM and complete remediation. IE: if the little splines on the studs have stripped in the rotor, I would replace the rotor as well, and all new studs. ROAR!! (Rip Out And Replace) 🤣
