Intermittent and Windshield Wiper Speeds not working (2 Viewers)

1993 PZJ75 has a problem with the windshield wiper motor speeds.
Several weeks ago during heavy rain in Lucena the intermittent and slow speed were working, but now only the fast speed works.
I have the FSM for my PZJ and looked thru the electrical wiring schematics which indicates there is a module for intermittent and slow speeds, but darn if I can find it. The manual indicates the module is behind the dash panel on the passenger side, but after removing the glove box the module is no where to be found.
I would like to repair the windshield wiper speeds before rainy season hits.
Any thoughts on where to find the module ?

Hard to tell from the relay location diagrams, but to me it looks like the wiper relay is located in the passenger kick panel.
