Heads up, if you put three items in your cart it may discount the cheapest item instead of the second most expensive. If you want to check out with three or four items, just checkout once with two items and then start a new cart with your remaining items.

In that case, I'd buy used OEM off eBay or buy a cheap remote key off Amazon. The cheap Amazon remotes apparently work fine, but the plastic can be garbage. If you're planning on a YotaMD kit anyways, the Amazon remotes are a decent value and you won't feel bad tearing that key blade out to use in the YotaMD kit. Just make sure you buy a remote with a metal thread screw on the back plate. Those work best in the YotaMD kit.
