Transmission cooler and FMIC installed…grill fits with no modifications…plumbing will commence next weekend
 
Ok, intercooler is plumbed in…no major surprises…you will need a 21/2” to 3” coupler to tie into the throttle body…also a 45 degree coupler for the passenger side connection…add and additional 2 1/2 90 degree coupler to the mix…I wound up cutting one of the Siamese pipes on the passenger side once it made it past the core support…then added the 90 to the intercooler connection…
Here’s where it gets funky…I want to eliminate the s pipe that came with the witsend kit…and emulate the cruiser and co set up…the only way I can see this happen it to relocate the MAF closer to the turbo

MAF relocation done…needed another 3”-3.5” coupler to connect to the airbox and also a 3”-2.5” coupler to pair up with the 135* elbow. Also had to lose the tuna can on the air box due to the clocked turbo and intercooler connections
Sadly my OEM washer fluid bottle will not fit dues to the wastegate being in conflict

Awesome! Following closely as a fellow Wits End turbo guy. Have you fired up and run with the intercooler all hooked up and MAF relocated? Eager to hear your thoughts on before and after.

Ohh yeah…been driving here daily since install…no issues, lost a little bit of boost but temps are tamed…I guess if you are brave enough or in my case doing additional mods you can gain some more timing out of the motor
 
Zenith or the holy grail HK? What Wolfbox did you use?
Was a early MKE…mostly HK and BT parts now though lol.
G900tri pro…bumper cam and all…it’s nice, get the hardwire kit. Only thing I’m not fond of so far and it may get fixed in firmware is that cars are way closer in reality than they seem to the rear camera
