So all the benches MOUNT the same but later model trucks, 76+ I believe, had head rests. My bench does and it's a 78

It appears that Toyota did change the style of bench and bench seat pedestal at some point. Very different shapes.

Yes, earlier pigs the seat was as Lil Johns picture shows. I remember my 72 because I raised my seat with a 2” thick oak spacer. Not as easy on the later version
