Would you POR-15 these new springs for the scrapes?

I received the Terrain Tamer kit and the springs have bits of exposed metal where the paint was rubbed off (I'm assuming during shipping). I've been considering applying POR even before this, but wanted to get other's opinions. (I can only attach 5 pics but there are about 5 or 6 more areas with similar mars and exposed surface). TIA

POR15 is mostly for rusted/rusty metal and requires specific prep to adhere properly. Might be better to just paint with rattle can or brush to cover exposed metal. Just my opinion.

Rattle can if you're worried then fluid film, fishoil, lanolin but I would concentrate on where the springs clamp to the axle and that bracket, thats where rust establishes. I can't recommend Por15 and I've used gallons. Save your money
