Got my hands on a spare valve cover for the 1FZ Turbo truck. Used the opportunity to tig weld some 10AN fittings for the vent and the PCV valve. Now it’s ready for hydrofilm graphics

How are you switching this light?Originally I was gonna run one of those cheapy aluminum light bars into the underside of the hood like I did in my other Land Cruiser. But the thought of putting something made in China into this turbo project just makes me ill. So instead I’m going to rock the #BajaDesigns underhood (rock) light. The light output is perfect and its Made in America

Do you know the IAT temps on yours, on a 90* day?Good luck, and safe travels.
Also, add checking the lug nuts to you’re pre departure list. Few things suck worse than wheel hub separation 300 miles after purchase!
Also, we can compare temps. I’m running Trail Specs 3 piece louvre set.
