I bought a whole set when I did mine but I am starting to smell gear oil in the driver side hub... yay!

Seal driver worked great when I did mine a few weeks back, fingers crossed the fluids stay where they belong for a long while.

Same here. I did mine about 6 weeks ago. I couldn't feel a lip on the shaft (insert smutty joke here) but thought it good practice to drive the seal a little further in to prevent a lip in the future.

@Irish Reiver so just to be clear, there is/was never a lip...on your shaft?

But if you DID notice a lip, on your shaft, you now have a tool to guarantee that doesn’t happen.
