With our rigs getting older and (some of the) wiring getting corroded, I figured I'd start a thread for electrical wiring and terminal part number reference. Not sure if its needed but might be handy. I needed to replace some corroded terminals on my rear blinker/trailer controller wiring so figured i'd post up the numbers to maybe save someone having to crawl under the truck with a magnifying glass looking for part numbers.

Special thanks to those who contributed in this thread with the link to the wiring repair diagram and other info.

Good thread. What I would like to find out is where to buy colored wire (OEM colors) in bulk and pins so I can make my own wire looms? This would be better than going to the pick n pull and cutting out wire and depinning connectors from Toyotas.

check with Coolerman here on MUD - he's been doing wiring looms for 40 owners and has tons of colored wiring

I've been getting colored wire by the foot here:

http://www.eficonnection.com/eficonnection/default.aspx

They don't have every color you could ever want, but they've got a decent selection.

I get my pins at newunitedracetech.com. Most of the interior ones are Sumitomo 2.3III pins. Not sure about the ones in the engine compartment. Should be fairly easy to identify from the pictures though.

You can get all the actual connectors from Toyota. Easy to find part numbers with the Toyota Wire Harness Repair Manual. I can send it to you if you want. It's too big to post.

I checked out the website. They need work on their google search keywords for dummies like me. I've been looking for a site like this for awhile with no good results. I guess "automotive TLX wire" was the search I should have done. Who knew?

All pins and connectors are all available from Toyota

Attached is about 15 pages of just terminals/pigtails

I got a hold of the wire repair manual finally. Until yesterday I never knew there was such a manual.
