Hey guys,
Got some Tokico shocks free from a fellow cruisrehead, he thought they would fiteven with my 3 inch lift on my 1985 60 series. The old shocks are old according to PO so went in for the swap tonight, only to see that they only fit on fully flexed. Is this going to be an issue going forward? The blue ones as pictured are compared to my old ones, and the way they are flexed in the photo is almost the exact flexion when they're installed on the truck except maybe a half inch compressed. My rig has a dakar spring pack and 33's, giving it about a 3 inch lift. (photo shows approx lift height if youre eyeballing it)
Thoughts on this? once again in a time crunch, if they will work for a while bar some intense wheeling ill do the front ones as well.
Thanks,
Dan
