Thanks John - on my way in 3 days and just showed the wife - she is excited. I think Mineral will scare her enough, no PG for us this trip - but the scenery will make her want to the rest of the Alpine Loop

Thanks for sharing so soon.

As wild as a stocker can get! The :princess: said she photographed the rear wheel off the ground and was happy to be in the wild flowers taking the photo, well, this is the photo from the other side, the "wild" shot is missing.
Picture 2: Why I can not get too wild, I tow with my 100 and that hitch was hit 5-6 times each and every day - need some touch up paint - those darn switchbacks.

What is it with you Georgia people and big mud holes? :D I have a friend who lives near Atlanta and he's always driving his Rubicon through big mud holes too

its really not mud. It was a huge puddle of water with a really soft bottom that had frozen over. It was "dirty" water to say the least. I don't play in actual mud, it sucks.

I know this is old, but the spotter, whom I'm sure is a great guy, is just the eptiome of the stereotypical 100-series wheeling... Begs for a caption contest...

I don't know if you can call all of these "Wild Wheeling Pics" - they are definatly "wheeling pics." Taken on Poison Spider Mesa Trail in Moab on Thanksgiving weekend.

It has alot do with the fact that you cant get away from mud or water when your wheeling in GA, not to mention the fact that most of our trails are pretty boring when dry.

It also probably doesn't help that for the majority of Georgians and people in the south generally think of mudding as the definition of "offroading":hillbilly:

When he says "actual mud" he means GA red clay......which REALLY REALLY SUCKS

Ha. That's Will Carroll, good friend of mine, Master Tech, and tech training specialist for Toyota Corp. Whenever I say "we" worked on my truck, I usually mean Will worked on my truck and I handed him tools. He knows more about Cruisers than all of us combined. But yes, he does look a bit white collar in that pic. :D

Offroading by Eddie Bauer! :D

You're all just jealous. It was the day after Thanksgiving. We were all still rocking our T-day garb while pounding out a little Poison Spider Mesa. That's the beauty of living 3 hours away from Moab - you can run down for some fun whenever you feel like it. :flipoff2: And yes - TM is correct Mr. Carroll - lives literally two doors down from me and the guy knows more about Toyotas than all the knolwedge on this forum combined. He is a great neighbor.:wrench:
