TJ I'm up for a new society in NOCO. It looks like there are a few driving around.
I just picked up a 78 55 thanks to the keen sense of TJ. Ben keeps the eyes wide open also.
What is the name going to be?
Where do we want to meet?
There are enough here, just the other day in a five minute dirve to the office, I passed two 60 and a 45 pickup, plus mine.
There is mechanic around the corner form me that usually has one of two in his drive.
I have 60 right down the street also.

Fort Collins isnt to far from me.

There was a mailing list a few years ago started by some Cruiserheads in the Southern Wyoming/ Nothern Colorado area called the Cache La Powder Cruisers (or something like that). There wasn't too much interested after a while (it died a few months later). Might also check with Chet Wagner and.... I can't remember his name. Older gent, stockish green FJ40 with a V8, munches on cigars... Floyd? from the LCML. Eric Corbet might be game as well.

I think there are a lot of Cruiser heads here.

I like Rising Sun - do not like driving to Denver for meetings and runs though...

Hmmm... How 'bout "Poudre Cruisers"? Just kidding.

John at Coyote Cruisers said we could meet out at his place.

Think we could get Razor Rick and USMCruiser to come up?

How many members do you guys think we would need to go legit?

You folks up for TLCA affiliation?

If I get response here, I'll start a post in Chat...

I would love to be in a CO cruiser club, but the ride to the meetings would be a bit long ;)

Perfect, I'm in.

Very cool!

What do you guys think about being a chapter of the TLCA?

If we have 6 TLCA members, we can become a chapter. I am already TLCA, looks like MiniPigg has been at it longer than I have.

I know I am holding off on posting in Chat, just trying to work up the courage to "go live" w/ this concept...

More on becoming a TLCA chapter: http://www.tlca.org/boardbylaws.html#sop

4. Privileges of chapters:

I went thru Wyoming on Sunday on my way to visit my cousin in Cheyenne and saw not one but TWO FJ55s on the road. Pig-o-rama!

First one was a really clean, basically stock one, with hubcaps, red and white, in Cheyenne.

Second one a single shade of faded brick red, headed eastbound on I-80 a few hours west of Cheyenne, closer to Rock Springs.

Know these guys?
