I'm suprised how folks around here have been very reserved with their comments on your 40. I have a feeling they are going to rip the band aid off.Well thank you, your reply is much valued, but crackhead? Yikes. Please explain.
Oh damn. I thought the pics posted by @Living in the Past were the car we're talking about, and my comments were based on that.Huh! Soft top parts?

not for sale anymore
You can find the old classifieds here:Probably should have been more clear it was mine. I looked at the for sale thread and decided to post here versus on the for sale thread. Haven't looked at the for it in the classified since. There are a few pictures and description didn't match the 73. Funny 2007 was certainly a different time. Was asking a tenth of the price and really had one interest. Believe I have since edited the thread. Removed pictures and said no longer for sale. I have noticed with the new FB style classifieds in the rest of the forum if you search a member classified thread or post didn't come up. Not sure a work around to search to find those. My 73 for sale thread from 2007 was easy to find.
Do not know how to copy a link for whole thread on my phone but this is the original post from the thread I edited.
Well thank you, your reply is much valued, but crackhead? Yikes. Please explain.I was about to say this needs to go in the Craigslist Crackheads thread in Chat. But it looks like the sum of the parts is greater than the value of the whole here. The soft top parts look really nice. Hard doors in the bed look good, too. Could get something for the PTO winch (if that's what it is). I see lots of accumulated parts. But the car itself is a mid-4-figure project base (imo). Still $35K is . . . ambitious
The Winch is a Warn 8274 fully operable. I was told it was installed at Toyota factory before making it to the sales floor in 1973.I was about to say this needs to go in the Craigslist Crackheads thread in Chat. I really appreciate everyone helping with all this information and your opinion on the vehicle. I believe I am going to get the best knowledge from collectors/enthusiast. I am not the owner. I am the authorized agent working for the owner. Id love to get some feedback on his much on average what buyers might pay.The Winch is a Warn 8274 fully operable.
