I finally made it out to Blue Rooster yesterday for the Flame Thrower. That was a delicious burger. Still need to make it to Lou's one of these days.

Baba Burger at Babalu in Overton Square in M-town. Best burger in recent memory. A+. In fact, the whole menu looked good.

The burger had the perfect blend and amount of sh!t on it. Superb. The sweet sourdough bun put in work holding it all together.

Add the fries for $2.00. There's enough for 3 or 4 people. Me and the Mrs. split the burger and a plate of some spicy fried shrimp w/slaw. Forgot to take a pic of that, but it was also excellent.

Enjoy a glass of sangria and a 22oz-er of Memphis Made Rockbone IPA while the food is cooking.
