Figured out a slick way to add diesel fuel to this beast. I don't care who you are, this is cool!

I'm loving it, but I want to see how you're going to drive that rear axle!

After the cab is all enclosed I can start on the drive train. Will be looking for a divorced t-case and possibly an 80 series axle, for the centered differential. Reason I need to wait for the cab is I'm maxed out on length of the truck to fit in the garage. Once the drivetrain gets modified, I might be lengthening the chassis some more to accommodate the other t-case, and that means parking it outside.
Ideas are still turning up. If I build it, they will come.

Crazy setup.

I can imagine a lot of obstacles, but see no reason it can't be done. The dual output t case idea is probably more easily attainable than an application specific power divider.

I still like the idea of Dana 24 with FJ40 driveshaft flanges.

This is the plan right now.

That's what I was hoping you'd do, specifically with the carrier bearing on the front (rear) axle housing. If the front (rear) axle was an offset diff (stock 60 or whatever) then you could put the carrier bearing on the center of the housing, which would help limit misalignment.

I can't wait to see this put together :D

Look at these for some inspiration. A Land Cruiser 70 series pick-up 6x6.
Pity they do not show the transfer case side.

They use a "divorced style" gearbox which includes an automatic locker inside.

Up early and decided to put up some sheet metal. Next is trace out the window frame (making sure it's level, lol) and weld in the frame. Once I'm happy with fitment, will weld in all inside and out.
