The mystery 40 owner has identified himself! I left a club card on his windshield and put the pic in the ONSC "Spotted" thread. Beautiful truck. And, yes, that's my (wife's) muddy 80 behind it. There was actually a black FJC next to us when I left the store.
The steak saga continues... Work went long then a club member called to say he needed to fix a diff leak. He came by work and spent a couple hours futzing with it. So, 8:45pm and we headed to Mexican dinner.
We're getting to the low 20's here tonight so I'm cooking this damn thing in a skillet Tuesday morning. Is there a "What's In the Skillet" thread?

Decided to try a salmon filet and smashed potatoes in my Camp Chef pizza oven. Turned out fantastic.

Custard pie (no pics), chocolate chip cookies and chicken breasts (soy sauce marinade then dry rub) indirect at 450*F on the Egg. I think I need a pizza stone for additional heat dispersion to improve the baking.

Well, we had 6 nights of camp chef. Tuesday philly cheese steaks done in a cast iron pan on the three burner with fries in the pizza oven on the other two burners. Wednesday tacos with the meat in a cast iron pan with tater tots in the pizza oven. Thursday bacon cheese burgers on the griddle with the beans in a cast iron pan on the extra burner. Friday Papa Murphy's pizza (take out) in the pizza oven. Saturday beer battered cod with home made sweet potato fries in the dutch oven with the pizza oven as a warmer. Sunday spatchcock chicken in the smoke vault. Sliced up some potatoes and smoked them as well and then made au gratin potatoes in the pizza oven. All week and never fired up the stove. Sorry no pics but the chicken and potatoes last night were pic worthy.
