A little grilled Mahi-Mahi with saffron pineapple rice and mango habanero salsa..

That habanero was HOT AS HELL!.. Been a long time since I got one like that..

One of the guys brought a simple lunch to reheat; Just cheese between two corn torts soaked in enchilada sauce, smelled yummy.

Going flat this time with beef.

A little appetizer of bacon wrapped shrimp and a few beers.. Dinner will be a T-bone and veggies for me and A will be having Ahi tuna and teriyaki tofu..

Went camping up the Mendocino coast, while we were walking along the beach we got the idea of getting some seaweed and cooking our salmon in it.
Excellent, the seawater from the seaweed left a little salty/sea flavor on the fish and the moisture kept it from drying out over the fire. Roasted some little finger potatoes, corn, portebellos over the fire for the sides.

Ummmmm, sooooo good.

I forgot so I just found it on google maps, ha, love technology. It was stillwater cove state park. I also heard salt point campgrounds is nice. Actually the sonoma coast. We pulled in around 10 at night, just randomly. It was a'ight, nothing special. About a quarter mile north is another campground where you can camp on the cliffs over looking the water, i would probably go there. Good hiking back in the redwoods, and some nice small beaches. We actually were going to do lost coast but didn't leave the house until like 6pm... ... .

Salmon, chicken and some kind of vegetable/chicken stew I forgot about in the freezer. I gorged tonight. No time for pics.

Fridge/pantry cleaning last night produced a good result. Sweet potato gratin, hatch pepper, tomatoes and dogs.

Polenta looks damn good. So many things to do with it.

I didn't realize till now how little red meat I've cooked this past year. Probably not even once a month. What a shame. I'm hoping for a dry Sunday so I can change that.

found a few properties in Ocean Park, WA.. one has a 2400 sq ft shop with single and 3 phase power.. She is looking into plane tickets, etc.. now..

I think anywhere between you and Boots and we'll be happy...

I about passed out when the grocer had something besides salmon, catfish and tilapia........... I was pointing and nodding before words were telling the person what I wanted...

It was very tasty.
