Will let you guys know when it comes it, should be end of July.

Mike, Charles has the old style single swing arm Slee bumper. The dual swing arm slee is about 800 or so more than the Bump it offroad, and you essentially have to get the ladder, which i don't want.
Bump-it offroad is a lot more open to customization than Slee is as well.

I want to add a fold down tray to the backside of the tire carrier as well when i get it for camping. :)

Took the s***ty Walmart set of tools out and replaced it with a new craftsman set! :hillbilly:

Bummer my ratchets are not coming in till next week though :o:o

Looks good brad. Will have to keep you in mind if someone breaks down.

Thats what they are for... I am trying to be more prepared for anything out on the trail. I just bought upper and lower radiator hoses and serpentine belt, now I am looking for some cheap cv axels to keep in the FJ just in case. Or wondering whether I should shell out the extra $$ and just keep one factory spare.

What kind of spare parts do you guys carry when on extended trips? :meh::meh:

The main thing is the numbers to the closest Toyota dealership. :)

I mainly carry the tools I need. If I break a CV, I'll pull it out and run two wheel drive to the dealer. Carrying a set of hoses and a belt is cool, but for a hose, a roll of duct tape is a better option as it has more uses. :)

IMO, I would ditch that plastic box the tools came in and get you a wide mouth tool bad. It's smaller and easier to stow.

Nice truck set there Brad

Wish I would have gotten a set rather than piece everything together, probably would have saved some $$ in the end.

I don't really have any spare parts, probably should though. It would make sense since I make certain to have the tools to fix most things, but no parts to fix them with lol

I spent my transfer case skid, gas tank skid, lower link armor, and winch money on a couple of Trek 29er's and a burly twin trailer with all the helmet's and fixings that go along with it. Entry level stuff but still freaking expensive. The FJ will have to wait I guess.

Those are some sweet bikes!! My mountain bike floated away in Katrina, an I never got around to replacing it. I miss it.

I Brought my old 96 MG Hilltopper in to be rebuilt but they could not find replacement parts for the gen one Rock Shocks so the whole thing snowballed into buying a new bike and to justify that I had to get one for the wife and in order for the wife to be able to join me we needed to be able to bring the kids, etc., etc..I didn't need anything to extreme but I'm a sucker. I only needed something to ride to City Park and back and the occasional trip to other areas but the more I looked at the 29ers the more I was hooked.

Nice bikes Jonas. Daniel and I have mtb's and road bikes also. It's great to get out on the road here. I haven't been in a while but this summer is going to be a time to ride.

I made it official today- installed my new Colorado license plates! The mount that attached to the fairlead didn't fit. So I had to improvise with some zip ties until I can get back to the 4Wheelparts store.

Congrats Ruben Ans Brad. Rigs are looking great.

Go the wheels done and a good wash.

Something about the FJ in Vader color:clap:. Since we have the same car you think owens would be able to give me a ball park on doing the roof black? I have decided to just leave the door and maybe buff it out a bit until the whole car needs a new touch up and clear years from now.:deadhorse:
