The cracked intake manifold and the header are largely two separate issues.
It was explained to me in great detail but I have too many other distractions today (some of which are more important than this
) to recall exactly. Something to do with rusty bolts. Or dusty screws. Could have been lusty brews. IDK

Intake manifold can be repaired. Just need to find a guy who can weld aluminum.

Header and intake manifold are two different "thingies" like you al' call them.
Whatever Butch or Georg might not be able to come up with just post up there are alot of guys here in So Calif that could send you whatever you need to get your rig going.
