Most of the time when I sell parts to people I know, I don't even wait for the check to get here, nevermind clear the bank. At least that way I can't forget to ship the parts in the first place.

Good. Hate you are missing this great weather. Would love to hear the straight version on what was wrong with it, but like was said earlier, all you get is..."it was garbage" "had to use my parts"

It was so long ago it's a bit difficult to remember but this is basically what I was told.
Spring for secondary diaphragm not in place.
Two ports connected incorrectly.
Two tapered screws missing.
Something that requires a "special 12 mm wrench" not removed and cleaned.
Bolt it on, fire it up, see what happens.
