Carb is back in Cali. Must be having a good time.

Butch sent me the spring hangers at no charge -- much obliged, sir.

ARB ran out of some of my parts while they waited nearly three weeks to process my order (but they do give me great pricing so no real room for complaints there). Since I had never been able to actually place the order, I didn't bother to place the order.

So I ordered the lift from IOR. Who did not have it either. So I got extended brake lines from them. They do have one spring pack for 8/80 >> in case you're looking to lift one corner of your vehicle.

I then managed to place the order with ARB. "Early May" isn't seeming so bad now that it's late April.

Yes Virginia, it really has been three-plus weeks since I found out my spring packs are broken.

Freakin' gone to Hawaii Grogan....

FYI, i ran into the same problem with ARB parts from several vendors. Finally found it all in stock at Cruiser Outfitters. Shipped out same day...

OME Lift...which of course is different 80+, just shipped. It is 1/2 way across country.

The "carb rebuild" took a month. It is also on its way back to Todd.....

Got the carb back today (along with a header). Hopefully those issues will be resolved soon.

Lift is slated to arrive on Monday.

We may be getting somewhere. Slowly.

That's not nice. He went into eyes wide open. Btw, that blue 60 I got, the springs were broken in 1/2. Only small leaf was holding it all together.

I'm happy with the progress so far. Back in town for a little stretch here, just need to get going again. No car pool kids, should be commuting in it.
