I'd start by getting it running and doing baseline maintenance on all the mechanics. Plus the windshield. That's stuff that'll have to be done whichever final direction you choose.

That's in work. I'm going to see if the motor will fire this weekend and see if the rear glass functions. I love patina'd rigs.
