What is this part need one

Hi all, I'm looking for the part that is circled in the image I attached. I know it goes to the A/C compressor clutch, but I can't figure out what it's called.

Looks like a non-replaceable fuse. Perhaps a good parts guy can find it for you (or verify its function).

90980-04038, "Condenser, Radio Setting." As far as I can tell, it's to suppress ignition noise in the radio. Mine is grounded to the passenger side fender, not plugged into the AC clutch.
