Back on topic... I installed 4 degree shims on my 40 that has 4" lifted springs. It is now back to stock caster specs and drives amazing. Shoulda done that 6 months ago!

Me too, 2* shims. After only 9 years or so...

Changed the fuel filter, spark plugs, and wires... after 6 years I figured it was time. Funny thing is the old spark plugs looked almost new. The fuel filter wasn't pretty though, I'm suprised it was still running as clogged up as that thing was.

Painted my bezel from white to black...the roll cage and wheels are next.

It is already so far from stock, it really does not matter anymore...

Finished the wiring for the stereo, speakers overhead lights, got everything loomed in split wrap and tucked away nice and neat. Started trying to stretch a FREE soft top on. Wow!! That's a bitch!!

Www.ecolightled.com is where I got those light strips from. They are the ultra bright strips, weather resistant, 4 ft strip. Espressomon got some and told me about em. 120* light arc... They are effing BRIGHT!! I'm gonna add a 2 ft strip off the back of the cage too, to illuminate the cargo/ tailgate.
Really neat and easy lil system. All you have to do is peel the backing and stick em up and wire em.
I'm not affiliated w/ the co. Just a great product!! I'm very impressed w/ it!!

That sure is a pretty cruiser!

I put 10 gallons of diesel in mine. I'm still excited every time I pull up to the diesel pump instead if the gasoline. Should get 220-250 miles out of that much diesel.

Is that one of the "cumminscruiser" or overlandwerks seat frames? I'm debating picking one up from him and was thinking of using the same seats you have, it looks like you have the bar on the front for the sliders, is that the actual mounting position for the seats or are they going to be higher when done?

After spending a lot of time getting the 3FE/H55F ready, I installed some preliminary stuff. Since the 3FE alternator is far larger than my 30 amp ammeter, I converted to a voltmeter using a oil pressure gauge I obtained from a fellow mudder. I also installed the new shift plate I got from Shane.

Installed a new tank over the week, then broke the rear pinion spine way up on 5 Fingers at Hollister yesterday.

So now its time to figure a re-gear and rear locker...

Went outside and sat in her today for a few minutes and wished I had put an automatic in it instead of the SM420 so I could drive it. Had shoulder surgery 3 weeks ago. Such amazing weather (high 60's and sunny) for the last few weeks and I'm stuck inside not driving my cruiser!!!
