Just got my seat belts back from re-webbing from safetyrestore.com and I'm really happy with how they came out. I'm terrible with before and after pics, but the frayed belt in the pic below is one of the before pics (the other stock belt was in similar condition) and the 2nd pic is the after of both stock belts. The other set in the 1st picture was from eBay ... I thought they were going to be better than what I had, but they weren't (I'll probably throw them back on eBay at some point). Each belt was $100 for the rewebbing, plus shipping to and from. Not super cheap, but I'm happy with how they turned out and safety restore was really easy to work with.

I think I just located the source of my intermittent starter clicking issue. I should have suspected these connections sooner but they were wrapped in electrical tape disguising the damaged plugs and corrosion within. Just a quick cleaning of the spades seems to have led to flawless starts. Now if I can just think of who it is that sells connectors with a Factory Focus Mindset Approach 🤔

Spent Sunday trying to figure out why my brakes were soft and rears wouldn't brake. It stops well, but basically just on the discs up front. @vfrer and @cruiserguy80 stopped by to help and first thing @vfrer said was "are you sure your cylinders are in the right spots?" Well of course I put them on right!

or did I....

Got the brakes bled, adjusted (backwards) and had some brats cooked on the woodstove.

Took two months to come back to me after I sent it out. Joe from Carburetor Exchange had to handcut gaskets and he was able to repair/replace the cracked sightglass I had. Along with making a new part that I broke and he couldn’t find. Very impressed.
